MLS IDX Data Feed
IDX, or "Internet Data Exchange" is a program mandated by the
National Association of Realtors which allows participating brokers
to bring the listings of other participating brokers to their personal
websites. Technically speaking, IDX is a stream of MLS data extracted in
raw form
from the MLS database, manipulated and delivered to
an agent's or broker's website. Our IDX complies with all MLS/IDX rules
and regulations. IDX Subscriptions allow daily updates from the MLS database
to your website, including both
photos and data. Visitors to your website want listings and your
IDX-powered MLS search application and supporting subscription
for updates
will keep
them coming back to see what's new.
Property Search
Our IDX provides easy-to-use property search. Your website visitors
can search listings
by MLS numbers, with general parameters using quick search form
or with advanced search. Standard advanced search functions
include: property type, city, zip code, price range, number of
bedrooms, number of bathrooms, minimum square footage, lot size,
year built,
garage, pool, view, special location and other search features
specific to your area. Custom list of cities to
search can be created through browser administration program.
Agent (or company) listings displayed first
in search results. Visitors can sort listings by price and by
newly listed.
Listing Presentation Page
All IDX listing pages are branded with Realtor's information. Your
website visitors can view detailed description,
multiple photos, virtual tour, interactive map with street view
and more. All IDX listings have links to a printable flyer
with company/agent contact information, mortgage calculator,
lead capture forms and open houses.
Email Listing Updates
Listing Alerts are fully automated and personalized emails to your registered
clients advising them of new listings on the market that meet their selected
criteria. Invite your potential clients to your website to register, or
register them yourself. A customizable message from you brings these listings
to your clients with noeffort by you, and presents the illusion that you
are working day and night seeking new listings for your clients.
Property Watch List
Registered clients can save searches and individual properties
to track their status and for later review or to send their
list to friends and family. Clients will keep
coming back
to your website because that is where they saved their favorite
properties. Sending their
list to friends and family also drives traffic to your site,
presenting you with additional opportunities to build relationships
and turn
visitors into dollars.
Featured Properties
Company's and agent's listings are automatically featured on
the homepage, as a separate Featured Listings page and also and also
in matching in search results.
Open House
Realtors can create an open house page for any IDX listings. Open house
tool creates open house banner on the listing detail page with
date(s). Past open houses
drop off the list automatically. Easy to use administration section
makes adding/managing your open house easy.
Sold Listings Portfolio
Realtors can build a list of sold listings with all listing information
automatically pulled from the IDX database. Sold listing interface
allows adding comments and modifying listings information.
Map Integration
All listings with full address linked to an interactive
map. Clients can zoom in, zoom out, rotate the map,
view satellite images of the area, street view and more.
Mortgage Calculator
Financial Calculators provide mortgage loan calculations, including
amortization schedules, annual tables, monthly payment charts
and more.
Agent Roster (Broker Accounts Only)
Brokers can create agents rosters with individual agent bio
page. All agent pages are automatically linked to agents personal
listings based on personal MLS ID numbers. Agents can redirect the roster
link to their own web page. Agents have individual admin section where they
can, with broker permission, modify own bio and photo.
Agent/Broker Admin Section
Our easy-to-use IDX Agent/Broker Admin section allows manage your
registered clients and get up-to-date statistics, customize
your listings with virtual tours, schedule open houses,
create exports lists of your clients to import
into your contact management program, manage your or all of your
agent bios, and more.
