IDX Network offers a host of online marketing productivity tools to support every conceivable online marketing strategy, particularly strategies that leverage your MLS’s IDX database. Each is listed below, including related costs. Most costs are set-up costs and do not impact your service subscription cost unless otherwise noted.
Each of the functionalities described below was specifically designed to stimulate your website visitors’ interest, keep them on your site longer and encourage them to return often.
Custom IDX Filter Builder
We’re known throughout the industry for our custom IDX filters which allow our clients to automatically feature properties in their farm area or certain property types to give website visitors one-click access to exactly the properties our clients want their visitors to see. We generally charge $95 and up per filter to build these for you, but now you can build your own filters for far, far less. You specify the parameters and we will custom-create your easy-to-use interface. These interfaces are so simple to use, your Aunt Mildred can build custom filters for your site. If you have our Pro Package, you or your webmaster place the links you create wherever you want them to appear on your site. If you have one of our websites, each filter is automatically listed in alphabetical order on a “featured communities” page.

Automated RSS feeds
Utilizing the full potential of RSS (Really Simple Syndication), agents can automatically populate their sites with the most current listing—or even “push” content in standardized format directly to customers, so they don’t need to return to the new site to check on new listings every day. Agents can even personalize feeds to subscribers to automatically deliver new home listings that perfectly match their search criteria. Click here to learn more

Hotlist
With our Hotlist functionality you get to “handpick” featured listings
to highlight in a special floating feature windows. This tool is particularly
useful if you want to feature properties that cannot be automatically filtered,
like fixers or probate properties (filtering not available because most IDX
databases do not have data fields for fixers or probate properties). If you
have our Pro Package, we can place Hotlist feature windows wherever you want
them in your Pro Package. If you want the windows to appear outside the package
(such as on your homepage), please see the External Floating Windows product
below. If you have one of our websites, we can place the window(s) wherever
you want on your site.

Preferred Vendor List
Our Preferred Vendor List is a searchable database for your website that you
can use to list tradespeople, vendors, restaurants, or anything other catalog
of services that you think would appeal to your clients and prospects. Make
your website a “go to” resource for important information. This
tool can be used on our websites OR external websites.

PDF Upload
Do you have a newsletter or other report you want to add to your website on
a regular basis for your existing clients or prospects? Did you know that
search engines LOVE pdf documents and give you “extra credit” for
them on your website? We offer a functionality that makes it a snap for you
to upload these pdf documents to your website. Please note: you may need
separate software to create pdf documents if your source documents are not
already in this format.
